Common Questions and Answers

Some things often asked by new clients

What types of massage do you offer?

We offer a diverse range of massage therapies tailored to meet the unique needs of each client, ensuring a holistic and rejuvenating experience.

How should I prepare for my massage session?

To ensure a relaxing and beneficial experience, it's important to prepare for your massage session by arriving hydrated, wearing comfortable clothing, and communicating any specific areas of tension or discomfort to your therapist.

What should I expect during my first visit?

Your first visit begins with a brief consultation where we will discuss any areas of discomfort, your goals for the session, and any health conditions we should be aware of. Your therapist will then customize the treatment based on your preferences, and after your massage, we’ll provide follow-up care advice to ensure you maximize the benefits of your session.

How often should I get a massage?

It is generally recommended to receive a massage at least once a month, though more frequent sessions may be beneficial depending on individual needs and stress levels.
